Congratulations Becky!

We are delighted to celebrate an incredible achievement by Becky, who has successfully completed both her Level 3 Award in Education and Training and her CAVA (Certificate in Assessing Vocational Achievement) qualification through Cornwall Marine Network.

Over the past year, Becky has demonstrated outstanding commitment, determination and dedication in achieving these qualifications alongside her day-to-day responsibilities. In addition to her studies, she has also played a key role in creating and delivering our Leadership and Management Programme, showcasing her passion for developing others and supporting future talent across the Minibugs family.

As a result of her achievements, and in partnership with Cornwall Marine Network, Becky will now be responsible for training and assessing apprentices across our southern nurseries. In this role, she will help guide and support the next generation of childcare professionals, ensuring they receive high-quality mentoring and development throughout their apprenticeship journey.

This accomplishment is a testament to Becky’s drive for continuous learning and her commitment to helping others grow and succeed. Her enthusiasm, knowledge and ability to put learning into practice make her an invaluable member of the team.

Becky, you should be incredibly proud of everything you have achieved. We are all proud of you and look forward to seeing the positive impact you will continue to make in your role and across the wider business.
