Hi,

I'm Mia the Nursery Manager.

Since leaving school I've always worked with children and I love helping them reach their full potential.

I started with Minibugs in 2017, when Minibugs Wincobank first opened it's doors, I have since worked my way up to be Nursery Manager.

Throughout my time here I have learnt that no two days are the same and there is always something new to learn. This is what excites me and keeps me driven.

I absolutely love being the Nursery Manager, and I love ensuring that the nursery environment is fun and full of rich experiences and opportunities for both the staff and children.

I have always loved a challenge and I am excited to see what new adventures come to Minibugs Wincobank.
