I’m Becky, I hold many titles including National Education, Learning and Development Manager, mum and wife!

In my spare time I enjoy holidays with my family, spending time outdoors and socialising!

I completed my foundation degree in Early Childhood Education back in 2012 , since then I have worked at various settings to further my skills including a private nursery, a nursery attached to a school and a childrens hospice. I joined the Minibugs family in October 2018 as the deputy manager,

I became manager in January 2019 and the regional operations manager in September 2021. I love the family feel of Minibugs and the incredible support we offer to each other, I can’t wait to further my career here!
