We are really excited to be launching our Ambassadors roles this month. Minibugs Ambassadors are selected Nursery Practitioners who will have the opportunity for additional mentoring support and training and work with the Nursery Management team to take a lead in helping to deliver the highest standards and continually improve the following areas:
- Safeguarding
- SEN
- School readiness (transitions)
- Health and Wellbeing (including First Aid Monitor)
Our aim is to give Ambassadors opportunities for personal development, exposure to management skills and appropriate additional training where required.
