Yesterday Dotty and a few of the Minibug’s team joined Megan on a coastal walk to help her achieve her target of walking 35 miles in May. Some of our school readiness children had a lovely visit to Wentworth Residential home as part of our new and exciting Intergenerational project. They all took part in card making today which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The residents and children started to build great connections and were happily talking, singing and dancing together. On Monday 16th January we saw an exciting development in the investment into our management team! The launch of our Leadership and Management Programme for our room leaders, led by our inhouse Training and Development Manager, Becky. On Tuesday 21st January our Area Managers held our first meeting with our amazing cooks from all of our nurseries to review the new menus and forward plan the next seasons menu choices. It was lovely to get everyone’s input, share tips and recipes together so the children can enjoy the delicious menus we provide! Nursery Cooks
