We’re proud to have recently delivered an in-house training session for all of our nursery management teams, alongside our valued room leaders, focused on “Getting the Best Out of Your Team.”
This session brought our leaders together to reflect, share ideas, and strengthen the skills that help create positive, supportive, and high-performing teams across our settings. From effective communication and motivation to building trust and recognising strengths, it was a fantastic opportunity to invest in both our management teams and room leaders—who play such a vital role in shaping day-to-day experiences within our nurseries.
