Celebrating Luke – SENCO of the Year!

In February, our fantastic Third in Charge, Luke, attended the SEND Conference in Leeds. What he didn’t know was that we had secretly nominated him for the Men in Early Years – SENCO of the Year award… and he won!

We’re absolutely thrilled to see Luke’s dedication, passion, and hard work recognised—not only within Minibugs, but by the wider early years community as well.

I’m sure you’ll all agree this achievement is incredibly well deserved.
