Here at Minibugs we ensure all of our staff are booked onto Paediatric First Aid Training within 3 months of employment!

Regardless of their role everyone receives Paediatric First Aid Training so they are on hand to support at all times.

With annual refreshers provided through our training platform staff also spend part of their staff meeting reviewing any accidents, asking each other questions and collectively develop their skills and knowledge to stay sharp and up to date!
