About me

I enjoy reading, jigsaw puzzles and scrapbooking with my photos. I am part of the Nike training community and enjoy excersise to keep me healthy. My favourite children's books are Stick man and guess how much I love you. Fun fact about me is I have an eclectic love of music with my favourite band being pink Floyd

My experience

I have been managing nurseries for 15 years and have worked in childcare for 22 years. I hold a level 3 national diploma in Early Years and a level 4 in Childcare learning and development. I have also completed my level 3 in leadership and management

What inspired me to work in Early Years

I have held a passion for helping children grow and develop since I was in school. I wanted to make a difference to the youngest of our generations, and give them the best start in their learning.

How I support children in the Nursery

I make sure that the children are i apired and having fun. Children learn through their play so activities are made to be exciting and provide opportunities for children to extend their own play.

My Nursery Superpower

My nursery super power is guiding light. I ensure that I lead by example and people can come to me when they need help, I help them them find their way.
