About our nursery

Minibugs – A happy and caring place for mini people to learn, play and grow.

Minibugs Nurseries (Liskeard) is based in the grounds of Liskeard Hillfort Primary School.

Following significant investment and a full refurbishment in 2016, our nursery provides modern facilities and a stimulating and nurturing Early Years environment for children between the ages of three months and five years.

I couldn’t be more excited about extending the Minibugs family and look forward to meeting all our new children and families.’

Meet Amy – Deputy Nursery Manager

‘I have worked in childcare for over 14 years and 3 years at Minibugs, I have worked in a variety of settings gaining valuable experience in each setting. I have a degree in Professional practice with a Specialism in Early years and this has developed my understanding of the role I play in supporting the children and their families. Having recently had my own daughter, I have been able to see the care through different eyes and can only hope that this knowledge will further support me in supporting the families that intrust us with their children.’
